Be The Change

We listen, act, and transform.

My goal in life is to, “Be The Change I wish to see in the World.

Is this also a goal of yours? Of course, we all run into roadblocks along this path. If engaging in psychotherapy is one of the ways you would like to progress along the path, I would be honored to work with you. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, groups, and offer classes.

You don’t have to be a chameleon to change.

Insurance

In-network care means your therapist is in contract with your insurance company and can bill them directly for your sessions.

How it works:

You are responsible for copays, coinsurance, or deductibles depending on your plan.

You will be able to add your insurance information in the client portal.

Your therapist will handle submitting claims directly to your insurance.

You may still receive a bill if your insurance doesn’t cover part of the cost or if your deductible hasn’t been met.

Out of Network Insurance

What is out-of-network care?
Out-of-network care means your therapist is not contracted with your insurance company. However, you may still be able to get reimbursed for some of your session costs.

How it works:

Pay for Sessions Upfront – You will pay your therapist directly at the time of service the full cost.

Get a Superbill – Your therapist will provide a detailed receipt (called a superbill) with the information your insurance needs.

Submit to Insurance – You send the superbill to your insurance company to request reimbursement.

Receive Reimbursement – If your plan covers out-of-network care, you get a portion of the cost back.
